Hi, there! This blog has been in the making for quite some time now. Finally, I’ve figured out a clear concept and, more frankly, built up the courage to write it. Right now, I struggle with two very opposing sides: one of restrictive disordered eating and another, of LOVING food. I’ve been a recovered anorexic for almost 6 years and today, still struggle with disordered eating (read my full story here). And yet, I can’t help but…. be a foodie. A health foodie, to be more honest. And that’s what this blog is allllll about!
I’m here to tell stories, trials, and tribulations of my everyday encounters with food, fitness, and… life in general! It’s sort of a healing process for me and an extension to those who may also be going through similar experiences. Or, just for those who may simply take an interest!
